This policy describes the information we collect when you visit logicmls.com, request the founding-agent offer, or otherwise interact with LMX, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using this website you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this site. This policy governs the LMX marketing website and platform relationship; data handling on individual agent websites built with LMX is addressed in Data Roles & Agent Sites below.

Information We Collect

Information you provide voluntarily

When you request the founding-agent offer, submit a contact or inquiry form, or sign up for the platform, you may provide:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your brokerage and NNRMLS member ID (used to confirm eligibility)
• Your primary market area and current website, if any
• Messages, questions, or notes you include in forms

When you browse the site, standard web server and analytics data may be collected, including:

Mobile and SMS data: We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing purposes. Mobile data is used solely to deliver the service you requested.

Data Roles & Agent Sites

LMX provides the hosting infrastructure, website software, IDX integration, client portal, and related technical services that power the real estate websites we build for agents.

On those agent websites, the agent and their brokerage are the data controller for consumer and client data, and LMX acts as the data processor — processing that data on the agent’s behalf to deliver website and portal services.

If you are a consumer with questions about data on a specific agent’s website, that site’s own privacy policy and the agent are your primary contact. For infrastructure-level questions or a data deletion request, you may contact LMX directly using the details in Contact & Updates.

Cookies & Tracking

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We use cookies to:

• Keep you logged in to platform and portal accounts
• Remember saved searches and preferences
• Analyze traffic through Google Analytics (GA4)
• Enable map functionality through Mapbox

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not prevent browsing but may limit account functionality.

LMX provides the platform on a subscription basis with no long-term contract. Plans, features, and pricing are described on this website and may be updated from time to time; any change to your rate is communicated in advance, and you may cancel at any time.

Founding Agent Program Terms

The Founding Agent Program is a limited promotional offer. The specific terms are:

• Eligibility is limited to the first 100 active NNRMLS members per market area, verified by member ID.
• Months 1–6: full access at no charge, with no credit card required to begin.
• Months 7–18: 50% off the then-current standard rate for the selected plan.
• Month 19 onward: the then-current standard rate, communicated clearly in advance before any charge.
• No contract is required; you may cancel at any time without penalty.

LMX reserves the right to modify or end the program for future enrollments; terms accepted by an enrolled founding agent at the time of sign-up will be honored for that agent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape, harvest, republish, or redistribute MLS listing data displayed through the platform except as permitted by NNRMLS rules and applicable law; not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform; and not to use contact or inquiry forms for spam, solicitation, or any unlawful purpose.

All original content on this website — including text, graphics, design, and code — is the property of License Masters, Inc. (DBA LMX) and is protected by United States copyright law.

Real estate listing data displayed through the platform is sourced from the Northern Nevada Regional MLS (NNRMLS) under the Broker Reciprocity / IDX program and is subject to separate ownership and restrictions — see MLS / IDX Compliance below.
